Pastor Tom Odom has been privileged to serve as the senior pastor at First Baptist Church of SW Broward since March of 2008. Since that time, God has used his ministry to influence and lead people into a growing relationship with Christ. Pastor Odom and his wife Carolyn married in 1999 and have four wonderful children: David, Victoria, Madelyn, and Nathan.

In 2011, First Baptist Academy was founded and currently serves many families in the South Florida community. Under Pastor Odom’s leadership, the school began to train the next generation for the cause of Christ.
